Neighbourgoods Market at The Old Biscuit Mill

This award-winning gourmet market features over 100 specialty traders. It creates a weekly platform for local farmers, fine-food purveyors, organic merchants, bakers, distributors, grocers, butchers, artisans, celebrated local chefs, and various microenterprises. The market is housed in an old sky-lit brick warehouse and courtyard at the Old Biscuit Mill in the industrial neighbourhood of Woodstock. Arrive early to avoid the rush.

Oranjezicht City Farm Market

The Oranjezicht City Farm is a non-profit project celebrating local food, culture and community through urban farming in Cape Town. This farmers-style market for independent local farmers and artisanal food producers, is held at the historic Granger Bay site of the V&A Waterfront every Saturday and Sunday. Customers can try delicious cooked and raw foods and be inspired to help build an alternative food system.

City Centre Long, Kloof & Bree street

The City Centre is home to Cape Town´s most spirited and colourful shopping areas. Visit Green Market Square and dive into the thriving African arts & craft market. From there you can easily explore Long, Kloof and Bree Street, where you can find everything from fashion boutiques – bohemia and vintage – to designer décor and first-class eateries. You cannot miss one of Cape Town’s hippest shopping streets!
