Stay Active with Endless Sport and Family Activities

Sport forms a huge part of South African culture. Whether you’re out on the field, or visiting your favourite sports bar to catch the big game, we are a nation of sports lovers and almost everyone participates in some way.

For our little guests it is adventure time! Show the kids the beauty in nature by visiting a South African farm, an animal outreach centre, or a museum. Just check our list of suggestions. There’s something for every member of the family.

Sports

Due to the number of options, we’ll offer just a few suggestions.

Sports are chiefly mountain-orientated like hiking, trail running, mountain biking and climbing or water/ocean-orientated, like surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, fishing and sailing. South Africa is also a golf, rugby, cricket and motorsport nation. Be sure to ask us about the different sport options available.
